Tant snorted,"Your telling me." she dind't believe in this crap either and as he turned and gladdly turnd also,
"I am not playing along with this 'offering' stuff-"
Tant was going to snap back at him and say 'well at leaste there trying to help' or something to shove a bit of guilt down his thraot but she saw the horse had grabbed onto Zeros sleeve and she froze with interest.
. "Huh? Let go, horse!" "I am taking this one."
Tant shrugged,"fine then your choice...also...where are you staying when the sun rises." she nodded to the side, the sun wasn't far off the night was ending quickly due ot the time of the year. even when Zero hadn't chaged scompleatly she wondered if his skin reacted to the sun as much as hers did?

Tants eyes narrowed,"I do not wish for Vampires to be staying anywhere near this village and..." she sighed and gave in she could tell him that, she douted he'd listen. plus it wasn't like he'd hurt anyone in broad day light he should know she'd kick his ass if he dared at any time.
"whatever." she sighed shacking her head.
"are you intending on eating the horse or making it a pet?" she asked watching how fond the silver white horse was. she stepped over and stroked to horses side gentilly eyes fixed on it's white main. it was empting to cut it off and keep it. she loved whit hair.

Zero patted the horse's head. "I am keeping it. Its my friend now." He said, making a face.

Tant raised eye brows her dark skinned hand stroked the side of the horses neck.
"Friend huh, how many of those do you have Zero?"
she asked her eyes danced with amusment watching him, she turned and leant back, she lent on the horse but held onto a rail just encase the animal moved at any time so she wouldn't be thrown off balence and fall down on her ass. she had to much pride to fall like that.
"Would you class me as a friend?" she was interested in how Zero picked friends al this horse had done as nip at his sleeve, if it had done that to her she'd or wacked it's head and told it to rack off!

Zero looked at her and smiled a little, something he seldom does.
"If you count everyone I talked to in my whole life, that'll be 17." Zero said, still that blank look on his face as he stroked the horse's neck.

Tant saw the smile and for some reason seeing it made her look down, she hadn't seen him smile in her presance exsept for that first time they met, and it had been so briefe...she almost felt as if someone had handed her, her one desired gift that she seemed to have worked so hard for...well she hadn't worked at all to see his smile but the glimse of it....

She nodded...was she blushing this was stupid! she thought fiecous at herself unable to controll a slight pink tinge just below her eyes.
she was looking everywhere but at Zero now.
"Not much of a talker i see." she said queitly un able to raise her voice much or find something else to say all of a sudden.

Zero looked up at her and his lips tightened. "I can sleep here tonight. I am sure it'll be fine. Nobody would come in to a place that keeps offerings, doesn't it?" Zero opened the stable to the white horse and it stepped aside.
"Whoa. Looks like I was pretty wrong. They come in every evening to chnage the hay. Its really clean." Zero commented, and he lay down with a 'puff' onto the soft hay, and the white horse lay down beside him. Zero closed his eyes. "Goodnight."

Tant looked at him, as he closed his eyes and looked as if he was going to go to sleep. she pressed her lips tighter togeather, she couldn't leave him here what if he left when she did and attaccked the village? the barn was still so close.
she sighed and sat down on a bail of hay a little above from where he was laying, she was laying on her stumach peeking over the side looking, watching him with almost interest.
